new beginning

after a way too long of a break from exercising, i am now starting at it again! but due to my new schedule, i will now be joining the crazy morning gym goers! yay for me! or maybe i will just do yoga or pilates in the morning and the gym way late..... what do you think is best?

I usually exercise at night and I don't think it is really the best time to do it. If you can, I would go in the morning and then if you want to do some soothing yoga or easy pilates in the evening before bed, you would be a lot more relaxed for sleeping.

Good for you for starting again. I feel so much better since I have been exercising this past year! You go girl... (-:
the best time to exercise is the time that you can make it a habit. did that make sense?
