the wonder of medicine balls

so yesterday my roommates and i went to the gym forever might i add. anyways, we worked out with a medicine ball and i can't even tell you how hard but fun it is! i have wanted one for awhile now, and now want one even more! anyways i can't wait to go to the gym and do this again! oh here are many exercises you can do using a medicine ball all of which i plan on doing...to see the video you just look it up on youtube.
